Portfolio · Selected engagements

Recent work, documented in full.

Case studies aren't galleries. They're records of decisions — the situation, the thinking, and what shipped. Every engagement below is documented at length, with real data where available.

Three practices. One problem underneath.

A dental practice in an ownership transition. A multi-clinician therapy group that needed three navigational layers to stay findable. A practitioner consolidating two sites into one. Different problems on the surface — the same gap underneath: an established practice whose digital presence lagged the quality of the work.

These are the engagements that can be documented in public, with real numbers attached. Other relationships stay private — practices that asked not to be named, work still in flight, and Care Plan clients whose sites continue to evolve after launch.

How a case study is built here.

Not a gallery. A record of decisions, in the same sequence every time. If a metric isn't ready, the case study says so — it doesn't substitute an adjective for a number.

  1. 01

    Situation

Where the practice stood — ownership change, growth, or a site that no longer matched the work.

  2. 02

    Engagement

What was in scope, what wasn't, and how long the work took.

  3. 03

    Thinking

The decisions and the reasons attached to them — not a moodboard recap.

  4. 04

    Results

Numbers where they exist. A direct statement where they don't yet.

  5. 05

    What continues

What happens after launch — Care Plan, independent operation, or work still unfolding.
