Engagement · The Brand & Site Build · From $5,500
A working site, an evolved brand, and a technical foundation your practice can grow on.
The full engagement covering strategy, brand refresh, site build, and launch — delivered by one senior consultant over 8-10 weeks.
What's covered
Eight deliverables · one engagement
Deliverable 01
Strategy & positioning
One-hour intake, competitive scan, positioning direction, and audience framing — written down before design starts.
Deliverable 02
Brand refresh
Color, typography, logo evolution or refinement, and brand system documentation the practice can keep using.
Deliverable 03
Site architecture
URL map, navigation, page inventory, and the content strategy that decides what each page is for.
Deliverable 04
Site build
A full custom site on the platform that fits the practice — Next.js, Squarespace, or WordPress.
Deliverable 05
Technical foundation
SEO setup, schema markup, Google Business Profile, and analytics infrastructure from the first published page.
Deliverable 06
Content strategy
Copy for every page, or copy direction for the pages you'll write — decided in weeks 1–2, not at launch.
Deliverable 07
Forms and conversion pathways
Contact routing, intake forms, and appointment integrations where they apply to how patients actually reach you.
Deliverable 08
Launch
DNS, redirects, SSL, cross-device QA, and a team training video so the site doesn't depend on me after handoff.
How the eight to ten weeks work
Four phases · sign-off at each gate
Phase 1 · Weeks 1–2
Discovery, strategy, positioning
Intake, competitive scan, and a written read on how patients find you and decide to call. Positioning and audience framing get signed off before a color is chosen.
Phase 2 · Weeks 3–5
Design, content, brand system
The brand refresh and the pages that carry it. Copy is written here or directed for you to write. Design sign-off is the gate into build — not a mood, a decision.
Phase 3 · Weeks 6–8
Build, forms, integrations
The site gets built on the platform we chose in strategy. Forms, routing, and integrations go in with the pages. Analytics and schema ship with the first URL, not as a cleanup pass.
Phase 4 · Weeks 9–10
QA, launch, training, handoff
DNS, redirects, SSL, and cross-device QA. A training video for whoever will touch the site after I'm gone. A launch document that records what shipped and why.
Investment
Fixed fee · four milestones
Single fixed fee from $5,500 for standard-scope engagements. Larger or more complex practices scoped individually.
Payment is milestone-based — 25% at kickoff, 25% at strategy sign-off, 25% at design sign-off, 25% at launch. Work doesn't start on a phase until the previous gate is signed.

Common questions.
- How do you scope larger engagements?
- Standard-scope is from $5,500 — a single-location practice, a defined page inventory, one brand system. Multi-location practices, multi-identity sites, or practices consolidating existing properties get a written scope before kickoff. The fee is still one number. You see it before we start.
- What's included in content strategy?
- Copy for every page, or copy direction for the pages you'll write. Some practices want every sentence written. Others have a voice they intend to keep and need structure, not a rewrite. We decide which in weeks 1–2. Either way, every page has a reason to exist before a word is drafted.
- Do you work with specific CMS platforms?
- The site is built on the platform that fits the practice — Next.js, Squarespace, or WordPress. That's a strategy decision, not a software preference. A practice that will edit its own blog monthly shouldn't be on a stack it can't touch. A practice that wants a locked design system often shouldn't be on a template CMS.
- What happens after launch?
- You leave with a working site, a launch document, and a training video. The Build ends at handoff. If you want ongoing care — technical health, quarterly reviews, small evolutions — that's the Care Plan: month-to-month, same consultant. It's optional. The site is yours either way.
- Do I have to start with an Audit?
- No. The Audit is the usual entry because it produces a written diagnostic you own. If you already know a rebuild is the work, we scope the Build directly. If you completed an Audit with the studio within 90 days, the $1,500 fee credits toward this engagement.
